How do I change the order of subjects in the report?
The order that subjects appear in a report is controlled at school level to ensure consistency in reporting methods throughout the school. The subject order can only be changed by an administrator user.
When logged in as an administrator, click on the Admin button to show the school’s Admin page:

Click on the Edit subjects and statements link in the Subjects section of the page:

On the Subjects page, click on the Edit subjects link:

The editable list of subjects is shown in the order they will appear in the report:

In the above example Art will be the first entry, following be DT, English and so on.
To make English the first subject to appear in your school’s reports move English to the top of the list and click on the Save button:

English is now the first subject in my reports, followed by Art, DT etc. The changes you make are applied to the whole school instantly. You may place the subjects in any order.
