How do I search for a pupil, statement or comment? 

AdKlass allows you to search the system for keywords within statements, reports or pupils.

To search for keywords used in your comments or words that appear within a statement, type them into the Search input box in the top left corner of any AdKlass page:

Press Enter on your keyboard to begin the search.

In the above example I have searched for fabric and colour, the system has found 20 report comments and 1 statement containing these words. Once found the results are displayed below the search bar. If you click on either the report comment or statement you will be taken to the assessment page for that comment:

To search for information on a specific pupil, type the name of the pupil in the Search for input box and click on the Search button:

In the above example the system has found one pupil with the name Thomas Bassett. If you click on the pupil’s name you will be shown a preview of that pupil’s report. Click on the details link to the right of a pupil’s name to view or change the pupil’s details or on the tracking sheet link to view the pupil’s assessment grades.
